Job Description: Operations Executive at Suberra

Suberra is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will report directly to the COO. If you are passionate about the future of decentralized finance, with a strong desire to leave your mark on the Web 3.0 space, and looking to join a high-growth startup, we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of card program, which includes coordinating logistics, enquiries and settlement
• Work directly with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations
• Support planning and execution of key projects
• General office administration tasks
• Testing new products and features to help improve internal processes & productivity

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets and other relevant software
• Interested in blockchain, Web 3.0 and the future of finance
• Based in Singapore and able to commit to at least 3 days in-office work
